Dr. Jason Cleveland fell into a pattern of bad eating habits early on in life that led him to weigh nearly 250 pounds by adulthood. He realized it was time for a change after having to let his tuxedo out all the way for a wedding he was in. To lose the weight, he simply employed the very motto he shares with patients at his own practice: Focus on 80% diet, 20% exercise. This combination worked and Cleveland lost more than 60 pounds.
