The Dr. Seuss Diet

Put eating more apples at the top of your to-do list. While the book may be helping your kids learn to count, the apples will help you keep your calorie count in check and easily add at least one more fruit to your diet each day. We don't know if you can fit 10 whole apples in to your meals this week, but it might be possible if you eat them for between-meal snacks, slice on top of salads, grill in a ham and apple panini, and steam them for homemade applesauce.
