No one knows about the real underlying message in this tongue-twisting story, which is a subtle reminder to make fish a regular part of your diet. OK, that's not the message at all. But, one or two servings of fish each week is good for your heart, provides a lean protein, and is far lower in calories than other animal proteins. Blue crab or red snapper are delicious choices!
