5) Upper Cut Kick

Part 1: Begin with feet shoulder width apart. Pivot on the left foot so the heel comes up and the hips turn to the right diagonal. As you pivot, upper cut (punch the left arm up, as if you were punching someone under the chin). Pivot on the right foot and repeat the upper cut, punching up to the left with the right hand.

Part 2: Kick the right leg to the front, flexing the foot back and push through the heel. Bend the opposite knee and pull your navel to your spine, flexing your abs. Repeat the sequence - Upper cut Right-Left, kick Right.
