Sexy Summer Abs Circuit Workout

Lie face down on the floor, with your legs extended out straight behind you, your elbows bent into your sides, palms facing down. Extend your spine and lift your chest off the ground as you reach your arms out in front of you. Extend a little higher off the floor as your circle your arms out to the sides and back. Trace a full circle and then bend your elbows back to your sides and lower your chest back to the floor. (Form tip: Keep your eyes focused on the floor during this entire move to avoid neck strain).
