Sexy Summer Abs Circuit Workout

Kneel on all fours, with your hands under your shoulders, knees under your hips, and your back straight with your navel drawn in to your spine. Extend your right leg behind you and off the floor, and reach your left arm out and up off the floor. Trace a circle with your left arm and your right leg at the same time (this requires a little mental focus, much like patting your head and rubbing your stomach at the same time), keeping your body still and your abs tight during the entire move. Trace 10 circles in total and then repeat on the other side.
