Saturday Morning Drills: Yoga for Holiday Stress Relief

Here we will start by sitting on the floor. Your torso will be upright with your legs out wide.

To begin, bring your left foot into your right groin by bending the left leg. Now, exhale and bend your upper body toward your right leg so the back of your right shoulder is against the inside of your right knee.

Your right forearm should be on the floor in between your legs. Now, take your left arm and stretch it over your body so you may grab your right foot with your left hand. If you cannot grab it, stretch it toward the foot as far as possible.

Hold this pose for 30 seconds to one minute before switching to the other side.
