Saturday Morning Drills: Yoga for Flexibility

Once in downward dog, take the time to pedal out your feet. This is a great way to stretch the calves and hamstrings. It will also wake up the arches of your feet to put a spring in your step as you leap forward into the season of budding flowers and sunshine.
