Saturday Morning Drills: Weightless Arm Workout

Everybody knows push ups are an excellent full body workout, engaging the entire upper body, core and even the legs to support your entire body weight throughout the motion. I especially love them for arm toning.

To complete a proper push up, try and keep your body flat and straight the entire time, even though it's a challenge. With hands directly under your shoulders, lower down engaging your core until your nose almost touches the ground. Then rise back up to starting plank position. Complete a total of 15 push ups, lowering down to your knees if you can't hold proper form.
