Saturday Morning Drills: Ultimate Summer Body Tone Up

Start with your feet wider than shoulder width apart and toes angles out. Drop down into a low squat and reach down for the ground keeping your chest up. Then drive through your heels and jump as high as possible while bringing arms up over head. Land back into the squat position and bring your hands back down to the ground. This move will get your heart pumping, so if you need to reduce the intensity remove the jump for a few repetitions so you can complete the entire minute.
