Saturday Morning Drills: Jump Rope It

Keep your jump rope in the same position as the "jump the line" exercise and now, "walk the line."

Drop down to push up position on one side of the rope and walk over it leading with the arm and leg closest to the rope. Once you get all the way over to the other side of the rope, travel back over to the other side. Do this for a total of 60 seconds, engaging your core as you go.
