Saturday Morning Drill: Pumpkin Workout

By lifting an object overhead while lunging, you engage more muscles and challenge your body's stability. It's a simple and effective way to make your lunge more effective.

To complete this move simply lunge forward with with the pumpkin held overhead, being careful to keep your knee behind your toe at all times to avoid injury. Return to starting position and switch legs. One lunge out on both legs is one rep - complete a total of 15.
