Saturday Morning Drill: 80s Fitness Revived

My mom used to do this move at our house when I was a little girl, most likely to a Jane Fonda workout tape. It may look silly but it's a great workout for the butt, legs and abdominals.

Simply drop down into a squat, getting your butt as close to parallel to the ground as possible. Then, lift both arms out like they're holding an imaginary try and twist from side to side. Each twist is one rep - complete a total of 40.
