Saturday Morning Drill: 80s Fitness Revived

This move is great for getting your heart up and toning your legs at the same time. Simply lunge from side to side while jumping slightly and tapping the hand opposite to the leg that's bent on the ground. It should be a fairly fast-paced move, but focus on keeping proper form and not extending your knee over your toe to avoid injury. A lunge to each side is one rep - complete a total of 20.
