Saturday Morning Drill: 7 Planks to a Stronger Core

Knowing the proper form for a traditional plank is an essential place to start. To perform a plank safely, lower yourself into to a push up position and then drop down on your elbows. Keep your back straight, your core engaged and your eyes up at all times. Hold a plank for 30-60 seconds for one rep of this exercise. Complete 2-3 times for even more of a challenge.
