During the Biggest Loser's trip to Washington, D.C., the contestants were challenged to recruit locals to join a workout with Bob and Jillian at the Washington Monument. Rudy combed the streets of D.C. looking for people to join his team, and ended up recruiting McGruff the Crime Dog.
