Another program created by the editors of Men's Health magazine, the Men's Health Diet is a six week program that can help you lose up to 15 pounds, in addition to building muscle and toning your physique. This program does not endorse cutting out any specific food groups, but instead takes a practical approach to improving nutrition. Food choices are made simple with a list of the 250 best foods for men. The exercise program involves a circuit training workout to be done three times per week, and is best when supplemented with cardio.
