Primal Animal Workout

This starting position is similar to the panther stretch. Begin lying on the ground on your stomach. Bring your hands up underneath your chest and push your upper body off the ground so you have that arch in your back again. You will stay in that position during this entire exercise.

Begin waddling forward by using one hand at a time. Let your legs hang/drag and do not use them at all. Your upper body should be the only thing that gets you across the room.
