Primal Animal Workout

This movement is the most advanced out of the bunch and will put your upper body and core to serious work all at the same time.

Think push-ups...while walking forward. Start in the push-up position with your hands staggered rather than directly under your shoulders. When going down to do your first push-up, at the same time bend one leg and bring your knee up towards your oblique. The leg you bend should be on the same side as the arm that is furthest out in front of you.

In order to walk forward, alternate hands in the staggering position. Only do one push-up at a time in between the hand/leg alternations.
