The Adobo Rubbed Pork was also a strong contender for favorite, taking the second position. This was another crowd pleaser enjoyed by both the taste testers and the DIR staff. This was also one of the few meals that met all of the criteria for our dietitian's nutrition standards for frozen meals!

This simple meal included tender pork with adobo seasoning served with roasted sweet potatoes in balsamic sauce. It had "great taste with a kick" and a "great spicy flavor," according to our taste testers.

The flavor overtook the downsides. There were two pieces of pork pictured on the box, but only one piece in the package. The sweet potatoes also didn't cook through in the noted 5-minute microwave time.
