The actress and host of The Biggest Loser is a mother of two, and she wanted to share all she's learned with other moms and moms-to-be. The book talks about health and nutrition for women from the time they want to get pregnant, through pregnancy itself and to postpartum. The Mommy Diet, released in December of 2010, is a lot more than just tips to lose baby weight.
