Number 7 Diet: Medifast

Although not in the Top 25 Diets of 2009, we're not surprised to see Medifast take the number seven position of 2010. This proven meal-delivery service offers users a range of tools to achieve their weight-loss goals. Not only has it been clinically studied, it's very convenient and reasonably priced. On the Medifast diet, you can expect to lose weight at the healthy rate of two to five pounds per week. The only major criticism for this diet is that some people find it difficult to maintain their weight loss once they transition back to normal foods.
