From Timothy Ferriss, the author of 2009's wildly popular 4-Hour Workweek, comes a version of his time management approach for those wanting to be in better shape and health. Not only does he promise rapid fat loss, but says your sex life will improve and that you may become superhuman after following his guidance.

Some of the ideas recommended in the book are counter to standard nutrition and health practices. For instance, only sleeping two hours instead of eight, or binging. However following the suggested slow-carb diet and losing 20 pounds in 30 days does uphold the long-touted rate of weight loss to be 1-2 pounds/week.
