Marci Crozier's Biggest Loser 11 Journey

Marci got down to her goal weight on the ranch, and now she's working towards maintaing that weight loss, building strength and gaining muscle. She's increased her calorie intake now that she's no longer looking to drop more pounds. At home, Marci works out for a hour and a half each day, dividing her time equally between endurance training, interval training and strength training. Marci has also learned that "food can be your friend" if you eat enough of the right stuff.
