Following her makeover, Liz was faced with a challenge she did not want to take on. Along with the other contestants, Liz was strapped into a harness and had to traverse a canyon while suspended 200 feet above. She was quite panicked, but still took on the challenge, even doing it with her eyes closed most of the time.
