Not just because they have a great name, but their stellar combination of sweet and tart as well as their crispness makes this apple a coveted choice for apple lovers. Actress Jennifer Connelly has confessed to eating at least three Pink Ladies a day because she simply can’t get enough of their outstanding and distinct flavor. Pink Ladies have a narrower and less wide shape than most apples. Their color ranges from magenta to pink with a few spots of green near the stem. Pink Ladies tend to a bit pricier than your regular Red or Golden Delicious kinds, but for Pink Lady devotees, the extra cost is well worth it. Use them for baking, juicing, preserves as well as eating.
