Jesse Wornum's Biggest Loser 11 Journey

Although Jesse gained some weight in order to assure that his son would stay on the show, Jesse has continued his healthy habits at home. He's been working out an hour and a half to two hours, six days a week. He's sticking to the diet he followed on the ranch, eating about 1500 to 1800 calories per day. He sees a trainer three days a week. Jesse has also started a walking club, to encourage others to get out and move with him.
