How the Most Beautiful Women Stay Fit

Country music's newest sweet heart has been called the most beautiful woman many times by her adorable husband, Blake Shelton. But now, it's sort of official since People said it, too.

She's short and sweet with a history of yo-yo dieting. She's admitted to trying Atkins and Nutrisystem, but these days focuses on simply eating well. "My weight always fluctuates by 10 pounds," she's said.

When she's working out, she stays motivated by fellow People beauty Beyonce, telling Shape Magazine "I listen to Beyoncé’s ‘Run the World (Girls)’ when I exercise. I picture her body and it makes me push harder.” Maybe now Miranda can start picturing her own body, she's keeping pretty good company! Her workouts on the road can't require a gym, so she says her favorite cardio is running the stairs in the arenas she plays. She also does a lot of squats, perfect for the tour bus, to keep her self-proclaimed "big butt" from "dragging on the ground."

Life on the road can be tough, and Miranda admits to having to eat a lot of fast food. However, she says there's always an alternative to a cheeseburger. To keep moving at her pace, she'd have to be ordering the alternatives, without the fries.
