Tom Brady is the father of two adorable boys, John and Benjamin. When Tom isn't throwing pig skins in football stadiums, he is seen in pictures playing with his boys and wife, Gisele Bundchen.

The NFL star's career demands him to stay fit and train during football season and off season. During football season, Tom is lifting weight 4 days a week and doing 40 to 60 minutes of cardio after his weight sessions. Depending on his football schedule he plays football games on Saturdays or Sundays. After football season is over, he is still training for the next football season.

His off-season workouts consist of weight lifting and strength building, but his cardio routine stays the same.

Diet is another key component of Tom's fitness regimen. Tom's diet consist of protein, veggies, fruits, and he snacks on granola and nuts throughout the day. Tom could be chasing his children on the playing or throwing a football around and he'll still look good.
