Signing up for races together not only builds comradery and improves your health, but it also provides accountability to keep your training on course. Look for local 5Ks, 10Ks and half-marathons, or a relay like the ladies-only Pretty Muddy Run that even the girliest of girls can enjoy getting down and dirty at.
