Food Label Glossary

In order to call a food item “low” in saturated fat it needs to have 1 gram or less per 50 gram serving and 15% or less of calories from saturated fat. Meals and main dishes must have 1 gram or less per 100 gram serving and less than 10% of calories from saturated fat.
