Denise Hill's Biggest Loser 11 Journey

After leaving the ranch, Deni has been working out three and a half to four hours per day, enjoying a mix of physical activities. She does spin classes, Zumba and also works out with a personal trainer. She's been eating a diet of about 1200 calories per day, which is a slight increase from what she ate on the ranch but is appropriate for her current weight and activity level. As you can see, Deni is looking great and still sporting pink!
