Daryl Conant's Ab Inferno

Start in the lying contoured position on the lumbar pad, with the arms extended and the Ab Mallets pressed together. Next, in an alternating fashion laterally flex separating one Ab Mallet and bringing it down toward the outside of the knee. The butt of the Ab Mallet should lightly touch the outside of the knee. Bring the Ab Mallet back overhead and then continue on the other side with the other arm. Exhale as you flex the abdominals, inhale as you bring the Ab Mallet back overhead.
