Calories Burned in Olympic Sports

Tennis is another sport individuals can eliminate calories with. Thirty minutes of tennis can decrease 207 calories from an individuals diet. Serena Williams competed in the 2008 Olympics. There is no word yet if she is going to compete in the 2012 Summer Olympics. We hope so because she is a companion out on the court. Due to the constant running and sometimes smoldering heat Williams burns a lot more calories as the average person playing tennis.
