Max Greenfield, who plays Schmidt on FOX's hit comedy series "New Girl," is walking around shirtless on set most days showing off his incredibly svelte figure. The actor told ESPN that he frequently practices Crossfit, which he's been doing for about two years.

As for his diet, he told the magazine, "I go in spurts. If I have to be totally naked on the show, I will eat extremely cleanly and them at some point after the season's over, I'll just break down and eat like a maniac," he said. "Haven't found a middle ground yet."
