Biggest Loser 14 Contestants

Joe Ostaszewski's health is at risk because of his weight, weighing 364 pounds at the age of 43, he knew something must be done about his weight. After watching his father undergo a dangerous triple bypass surgery, Joe knew it was time for him to get his health back on track or he would have the same fate as his father.

Before he gained an unhealthy amount of weight, Joe was active in football where he earned a full scholarship to Florida State University. Joe graduated with a bachelor's degree in criminology and a M.S. in sports management. Joe weight struggle didn't start until his late 20s. He became less active, but could not stop eating food high in fat and calories.

After he finishes this season's Biggest Loser, he looks forward to becoming a better role model for a non-profit group, "Wear Your Soul," which was founded by him and his brother to help kids live healthy through outdoor sports.
