At age 25, Francelina Morillo cannot recognize the girl she sees in the mirror anymore. Born in the Dominican Republic, but grew up in Queens, N.Y., Francelina says she has been "plus size" her whole life. Francelina was a bright student and received numerous scholarships to the University of Albany.

Once she got to college she started to gain more weight than she wanted too due to her father deaths. Being 350 pounds at such a young age, Francelina realized she needed to lose weight. She lost 100 pounds all on her own, but needs help to finish her weight loss journey, saying, "I have overcome so many challenges in my life, and my weight is the one thing that is holding me back from achieving everything that I have dreamed of."
