Camp Jump Start was founded by Jean and Tom Huelsing, who play a major role in the camp's day-to-day activities. Jean is a registered nurse and also has her Master of Education. Tom is a certified personal trainer with over 25 years of experience coaching youth teams. The camp offers four week programs and eight week programs for children between the ages of 8 and 17.
Located in southern Missouri, the camp educates kids about nutrition and healthy habits. Campers stay active with a range of physical activities, including horseback riding, dancing, swimming, field hockey, self-defense and mountain biking. For true weight loss success, campers participate in an online follow-up program, that helps them continue towards their weight-loss goals.

+My daughter who is studying at Cotter Schools, MN in grade 11 is a bit unhappy about her weight. I wish she joins your camp at a time that will allow her (when she is free from school and not travelling home).

I have seen the testimonies of some of the campers and I must say that I am so amazed. I can't wait until my daughter feels the same way like those amazing kids.
