In episode six, the blue team wins a 10-second advantage by cooking a delicious and low-calorie meal. The 10 seconds help them in get a head start in a 1000 meter dragon boat race.

After the boat challenge, Adam was down to 322 pounds and had lost a total of 80 pounds. Too great a threat to the black team, this fierce blue team competitor was sent home after five weeks on the Biggest Loser ranch.
