About The Dukan Diet

The Dukan Diet is a four-phased diet that has been popular in France for the past 10 years and was created by Dr. Pierre Dukan. This diet was initially created for those that are obese, but has been adopted by several celebrities and people needing to lose smaller amounts of weight. In the beginning stages of the diet you can lose between three and five pounds per week. This program is centered on eating a diet that is high in protein and low in carbohydrates.

I have done the diet for 5 days and have lost 5it lbs. I the have no cravings for carbs and have not found it hard to eat just protein..Nor have I experienced constipation.
