About Cara Castronuova

This two-time Golden Gloves champion is one of the new trainers introduced in season 11 of The Biggest Loser. Cara Castronuova was ranked at the number two boxer in the nation by USA Boxing, and has also worked as a stuntwoman and stunt coordinator. Her passion for physical activity has led her to become a boxing coach and personal trainer who encourages her clients to find "the warrior within."
