Brett's passion for physical fitness has led him to study a range of sports and practices. He has certifications in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching, Hatha Yoga instruction, prenatal and postpartum conditioning, Corrective Holistic Exercise Kenesiology, Olympic Lifting and Kettle Bell instruction. His various interests are combined in his programs to create intense workouts that never get boring.
