A Day in the Life at Biggest Loser Resort

Upon returning from the hikes, guests take their first fitness class of the day. Lasting about 45 minutes, these group fitness classes are high-energy and fun, allowing guests to enjoy the task of burning calories.

A Total Body H2O class is one of the options, and is a relaxing way to recover from the hike and stretch-out those worn muscles. Swimming laps across the pool, jogging in place, toning with water weights and even working the core are all things you can expect to do in the large outdoor pool.
