Knee Tucks

Section #2 Cardio

This is the cardio exercise to the second section. Start with your feet together and your arms straight up in the air. You will then jump in the air while bringing your knees to your chest and your arms to your knees so you are in a tucking position in mid-aid (you might also look like your doing a cannon ball into a pool!) The position will last less than one second, as it is very quick but intense.

The key to this exercise is to make sure you’re bringing your knees to your chest, and not your chest to your knees. Remember, it is an upward motion. Do this for 30 seconds, and then move immediately into the next exercise without rest (squats).
