7 Reasons Why Not to Exercise-and Why You Should Ignore Them

If you’re feeling fatigued, my first piece of advice is to figure out the cause. It could be that, like most Americans, you’re just not getting enough sleep. Other possible causes: depression, mental stress or a condition like fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome. Once you figure out what’s causing your fatigue, you can come up with a plan to fix it.
