I have to admit that while I have always been intrigues by yoga, I have never tried it. How ironic that my Dr just told me that I need to start doing yoga regularly. I am researching where to do it (studio vs home dvd) and what equipment is best to start. This looks like a great starter kit.

I can't remember the name of the pose - "stick" comes to mind, but that might not be right - deep lunge, arm on the side for which the knee is forward goes between the legs, wraps around the back of the leg, resulting with the hand outside the leg and in front of the foot. Then tip forward, head to the floor. I am miserable at this!

I'd love to get good at the Warrior poses. That said, I'm not really great at any pose.

My handstand. I got back to it with my postnatal body then had a back injury (from a yoga intensive - imagine that). I will get back to it again.

I have never mastered hand stand! I can do one against the wall, but would love to be able to hold a hand stand away from the wall.
