15 Reps in 15 Minutes

Thigh swings tone both the inner and outer thigh. Start by balancing on one leg and swinging your other leg out to your side as high as you can and then swinging it back across your body in the other direction and raising it high as you can. This is one rep - complete a total of 15 on each leg.
