Zero Calorie Dressing

Use it anytime to enjoy a guilt free tossed salad!

Yield: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 TBS onion, finely chopped
  • 2 TBS lemon juice or vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chopped parsley or green pepper, horseradish or mustard may be added if desired
  2. Combine ingredients in a jar with a tightly fitted top
  3. Shake well before using. Use as desired.
