Strawberry Sherbet

A simple frozen strawberry dessert

Yield: Serves 5


  • 2 cups strawberries, pureed
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 4 egg whites, beaten stiff


  1. Mix strawberries with Splenda and lemon juice
  2. Fold the berries into the egg whites and mix thoroughly
  3. Spoon into a plastic container and freeze for 4 hours
