This family favorite goes well with anything, especially pasta or rice dishes.

1-10 ounce package frozen spinach
1 cup raisins
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup whole pine nuts
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
black pepper to taste

Cook and drain the spinach. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and saute the onion, garlic and pine nuts until onion begins to soften. Add the spinach and raisins to the onion mixture, followed by the spices. Stir until very hot and serve.
